Shipping Method

All products are shipped USPS Ground Advantage®, Tuesday thru Friday. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Orders received before 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 will be shipped the next business day, including Saturday.

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes clients have a reaction to therapeutic skin care products. We accept returns for store credit or exchange for an alternate product within 30 days of purchase. Products must be at least 3/4 full to be eligible for return, or a 25% restocking fee may be applied.
